Yan LUONG

Consultant, Director, and Coach in Lausanne, Suisse

// HELLO

I’m Yan, a Swiss-born Asian based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

I wear multiple hats: communications and digital transformation specialist, co-director of a communications and public relations agency, executive coach in the making, wellness and self-development facilitator, electronic music venue co-owner, and self-taught chef.

// COMMUNICATIONS & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

In an age of information overload, success lies in clarity of messaging, efficiency in execution, and consistency across touchpoints.

For over 20 years, I’ve been helping organizations and individuals craft their identity, communicate their vision, and engage their communities, with a focus on culture, identity, strategy and digitalization.

I am a consultant, co-director, and partner at ftc communication, a boutique communications agency operating in Lausanne, Geneva, and Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

As co-director, I create and nurture an environment where our team can collaboratively explore who we are, what we do, and how we evolve—with clarity, agility, and confidence.

Beyond my agency work, I also serve as a freelance cultural communications consultant and a visiting lecturer at leading Swiss higher education institutions.

// EXECUTIVE COACHING

As both an entrepreneur and intrapreneur, I’ve spent my career navigating transformation and leading through change. I’ve learned to build on strengths, recognize growth opportunities, and foster a culture of trust and support.

Currently, I’m training in executive coaching to formalize and deepen the skills I’ve naturally developed over a lifetime of listening, mentoring, and leading.

// WELLNESS & SELF-DEVELOPMENT

I am passionate about supporting individuals as they explore, process, and integrate expanded states of consciousness through practices such as meditation, movement, rhythm, breathwork, and spiritual exploration.

I advocate for a culture of integration, using these experiences as tools for personal and collective growth.

// MUSIC & HOSPITALITY

Music is vibration. Vibration is life. And so is food.

I am one of the co-owners of The Observatory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam—one of Asia’s leading electronic music venues.

As a self-taught chef, I co-founded La cantine pop up, a non-profit street food initiative designed to bridge cultures through the universal language of food.

Let’s connect—I’d love to hear your story and explore how we might collaborate.
