// COMMUNICATIONS

I help institutions and NGOs understand and leverage marketing and communications with a focus on strategy, digital transformation and community engagement since 20+ years.

I am currently co-director, partner and senior communications consultant at ftc communication. I also teach digital communications and crisis communications management at various Swiss universities.

// COLLABORATION

I acted as deputy director at foraus - Switzerland's leading grassroots foreign policy think tank - and focused there on enabling a community of 1000+ young researchers produce foreign policy science in a horzintal and collaborative setting. We also organized a few hackathons on the way.

// FOOD

During 6 years I ran a pop up restaurant specializing in pan Asian contemporary cuisine. This activity has evolved in transmission through workshops and cooking at healing retreats.

// MUSIC

Live and electronic music has always been a very important part of my life. Since 2016, I Am involved with Ho Chi Minh City-based The Observatory - Vietnam's leading electronic music venue

// COACHING

I have been exploring the realms of altered states of consciousness since 25+ years. I support people exploring and processing those states, which can be induced by practices such as breathwork, hypnosis, fasting, meditation, kundalini awakening, shamanic practices, plant medecine, to name a few.

I believe in a culture of integration that uses the above stated experiences as tools for personal and societal development. I am currently building capacity as coach and breathworker in order to offer a more holistic service.
